Kick Up Your Heels. Major League Soccer’s newest team, Football Club Cincinnati, has captured the heart of German Zincinnati, Ohio. As part of the franchise, the FCC organization has commissioned the construction of a state-of-the-art practice facility in Milford, Ohio.

With all of the amenities one would expect with a professional sports facility, but with a few added surprises such as a barber shop, the football players will undoubtedly enjoy training and practicing at this beautiful facility. With three pitches, all illuminated to MLS standards of 75 footcandles, it will be difficult to understand if FCC ever has a losing season.

Projects: Motz Engineering was selected as MEP Engineer of Record for the mechanical and electrical systems at the FCC Practice Facility.
